How To Get Baseball Autographs

Participating in autographs by mail is a great project for fans of all ages. All it takes to get started is the baseball card of your chosen player, address of player, ink pen, piece of notebook paper, two envelopes, 2 stamps, and a hard plastic case (not required but recommended).

Address first envelope to the player of your choice. Be sure to include your own address in the return field of the envelope. Now address the second envelope to yourself in both of the address areas (be sure to place a stamp on both envelopes. Place your baseball card in the plastic case and write a short note to the player, letting them know that you are a fan and would value their signature on the enclosed baseball card. Now place the note, card (in hard case), and second envelope inside the first envelope addressed to the player. Seal the envelope and mail it. Now just sit back and relax while the card is delivered to the player and they have the opportunity to respond.

I have successfully received 20 baseball cards back with signatures on them.

I just recently added a page that lists the mailing address of all 30 Major League Teams. I hope that this page is a benefit and will make it easier for you to get started collecting autographs.
